This project was kind of a mystery to me even while I was making it. I knew I wanted to use Debussy and mixed media, and make it bigger than just a regular online presence. The presentation is lost when viewing online, but just picture this. A circular stage, audience all around. Solo pianist center stage lit with a spotlight. The animation below projected all around the stage on a sheet of sheer film. The pianist flickers through the projection as he begins to play.
